The honorable Minister of Humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development, HM Sadiya Umar Farouq has given date to all Npower beneficiaries 2017/2018 on the exact date they are to receive all their Npower 2020 backlog payments.
Reason For Delay in March and April Payment
The retention of N-Power beneficiaries who should have exited is also responsible for the delay in payments.
What to do to receive March and April Stipend
If you are yet to be paid your March & April stipends, follow the instructions listed carefully.
1. Send ONE email to volunteersupport@npvn.ng
2. Title the email – Unpaid March and April stipends
3. Email should include
a. State of Residence
b. Name
c. PPA
d. NPVN no
It is important that you follow the instructions written above carefully.
Hopefully, all beneficiaries will receive their backlog payments soon.
Please know that all backlogs are being sorted out, kindly be patient, as you will soon be paid.
