The Civil Defence, Correctional (Prison), Fire Service and Immigration Service (CDCFIB) recruitment 2025 is still ongoing with a recent upgraded new link portal to complete and verify your application status. Kindly use the CDCFIB new link here below to retrieve and complete your form.
“Upon successful completion, an application slip will be generated with the same Application ID previously generated,” the statement said.
The management of the Board made it clear that the update portal is specifically for applicant who began and submitted their applications before the recent system upgrade on the CDCFIB portal. “If you have submitted a new application after the upgrade, your latest submission will override any previous entries and will not be visible on this update portal,” the release clarified.

1. Accessing Your Records: All records for applicants who submitted their details prior to the recent system upgrade are now accessible. You can view your information by visiting the new portal https://update.cdcfib.gov.ng
2. Action Required: All applicants are strongly advised to verify their information and complete the submission process on this new portal.
3. Application Slip: Upon successful completion of your submission, you will be able to generate an application slip. Importantly, this slip will be linked to the same Application ID that was previously generated for you.
4. Important Note: This portal is strictly for those who submitted their applications before the system upgrade. If you submitted a new application after the upgrade, your latest submission will override any previous entries and will not be visible on this specific update portal.
