Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of site construction projects
- Review statutory requirements related to one or more safety and/or health regulations, and assess facility or programmatic compliance.
- Participate in informal reviews, inspections, and audits using established procedures.
- Provide pre-job ES&H briefings to offsite contractor employees as needed.
- Will be required to develop and/or present various safety and health training courses
operation. . - Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections, weekly eyewash/safety shower inspections and monthly
crane inspections. - Assist in the development of simple programs, systems, or processes.
Job Requirements
- Able to draft document and write letters
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Ability to prepare basic documents, forms, proficient in web browsing and using instant messaging tools.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Honest and reliable
Minimum Requirements
- Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in ES&H-related field, i.e., Engineering, or other Sciences. Master’s degree a plus.
- Good written communication skills;
- Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications;
