Latest Updates on Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Recruitment
As stated earlier, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) released a statement on Saturday. The statement validated the claim that JAMB has conducted recruitment examination for close to 15,000 candidates of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) 2018/19 recruitment across the country.
Recall, the recruitment was for 3 cadres as stated below and the requirements also can be seen
- OFFICER’S CADRE– NYSC Discharge certificate, Degree certificate, SSCE/or its Equivalent, FSLC/Testimonial, LGA, Birth certificate/Age declaration.
- INSPECTORATE CADRE– NYSC Discharge certificate (ONLY HND HOLDERS), certificate (HND, ND, NCE, RN, CHEW etc, SSCE/or its Equivalent, FSLC/Testimonial, LGA, Birth certificate/Age declaration
- ROAD MARSHAL CADRE- SSCE/or its Equivalent, FSLC/Testimonial, LGA, Birth certificate/Age declaration, trade test for artisans, valid drivers’ license for all drivers

According to Registrar of the board, Prof. Ishak Oloyede, The exercise, he said, was being conducted at the board’s Computer Based Test (CBT) centres across the country and have so far been reported successful, except for a centre in Taraba.
He assured Nigerians that there has been no problem; all centres are doing well but at a centre in Taraba, some of their computers malfunctioned but we have ordered an immediate relocation of the candidates to another centre.
