4. Returning Officer (Ward Level)
Requirements:

- Mathematics
- Officers at Management Level in the Public Service.
5. Collation Officer (Ward Level)
Graduates with the following:
- Statistics
- Economics
- Mathematics
- Officers at Management Level in the Public Service.
6. Local Government Collation Officers
Qualifications:
- Graduates in the following discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics). Directorate Cadre in Public Service/Senior Lecturer Cadre.
7. Local Government Returning Officers
Qualifications:
- Senior Public Servants/Academics and Professionals.
