1. Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth.
2. Must have national identification number NIN as a valid form of identification to be validated with NIMC.
3. Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
4. Must have at the point of this application obtained at least the The O-Level (Ordinary Level) subject-based qualification conferred as part of the General Certificate of Education.
