Who can apply for NDDC Skills Acquisition Training Program 2019/2020?
The NDDC program is for only candidates who meet the following requirements and eligibility status
- Must be from any of the Niger Delta region
- Candidates applying for these positions must not be more than 30 years of age.
- Applicant must have at least O’level result (WAEC, NECO. GCE, NABTEB), higher certificates are added advantage
- Candidates must upload their CVs and certificates
- Applicants will be required to take an online qualifying examination
- Must have a business plan

Steps for Applying- NDDC Skill Acquisition Training Programme 2019/2020
