NDLEA Ranks and Salary Structure
This contains what NDLEA workers earn annually and monthly. NDLEA salary structure is solely based on the level of your ranking and it is paid based on the Consolidated Para-Military Salary Structure (CONPASS).
NDLEA Graduate Grades and Salary
NDLEA Graduates are placed on Grade Level 8 Step 1 and they earn about N888,956 yearly (before deductions). Which when calculated is about N74,000 monthly.
Grade Level 8 Step 2 earn about N900,071 per annum (before deductions). Also when calculated would amount to N75,000 per month
NDLEA HND holders are placed on Grade Level 7 Step 1 and they earn about N483,353 annually (before deductions). They earn about N40,000 monthly
It would interest you to know that there are some allowances NDLEA pays its staff, however these allowances are paid based on rank and position occupied in the agency.
