The Niger State Government has approved the immediate recruitment of 1,000 health workers in enhancing the healthcare services. The recruitment initiative aims to bolster antenatal care services, family planning provisions, and reinforce referral systems across all primary health care (PHC) centers in the state.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of five credits for WASSCE, NECO, or GCE, and should not exceed more than two sittings. Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree should have a minimum of second class or lower, while those with a Higher National Diploma (HND) must possess a lower division certificate.

National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge or Exemption Certificate: Interested candidates must possess an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

Candidates within the age bracket of 22 to 45 years are eligible to apply.

Candidates must possess a means of identification (National identity card, Driver’s license, International Passport, or Voter’s card).

Candidates should provide a certificate of birth or age declaration as proof of their age.

Candidates are required to have a certificate of state of origin indicating their state of origin.
