Eligibility and Qualifications (General)
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be between 18 to 25 years old.
- Must be physically and medically fit.
- Must be of good character and must not have any criminal records.
- Must not be pregnant at the time of recruitment and during the period of training (if successful).
- Must be free from conditions such as defective eyesight, knock knees, bow legs, bent knees, flat feet, or surgical marks that took amputation of any part of the body.

Physical Requirements (General Duty)
- Male: Minimum Height of 1.67m (5 feet 6 inches) and Minimum Chest Measurement of 86cm (34 inches).
- Female: Minimum Height of 1.64m (5 feet 4 inches).
Educational Qualifications
- Must hold five (5) credits in GCE Ordinary Level, SSCE/NECO or their equivalents, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Must hold five (5) credits in GCE Ordinary Level, SSCE/NECO or their equivalents, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings, PLUS relevant Trade Test/Technical Certificate or relevant Diploma/Certificates and minimum **three (3) years’ experience** in relevant fields/areas.
