Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES) application portal has been open for some time now, while many have applied, some persons are finding it difficult to apply. Some persons were able to begin the process but they couldn’t receive the P-YES pin via sms to activate account, this is quite stressful and we have decide to update all our readers on alternative method to apply.
Normally, to activate your P-YES account, an SMS will be sent to the phone number you used for application. The sms would contain the PIN which you would use to activate your P-YES account and continue your application process on the P-YES registration portal.
Before we proceed to the alternative method to apply for PYES 2019, we would like you to go through the requirements and ensure you qualify before applying, this is to ensure you are not disqualified. Our intention is to make sure all our readers are successfully shortlisted in the program.

P-YES REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must be a Nigerian male or female between the ages of 18 and 40.
- Applicant must have a means of identification (National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters Card- PVC).
- Applicant must provide a Second Level Beneficiary (SLB) to qualify for benefiting from the scheme.
- Ability to communicate in Basic English language and or any local Nigerian language.
- Provable upright character and a stable mind.
- Applicant must provide a guarantor preferably a community or religious leader.
- Ability to secure the endorsement of a local government official.
- Beneficiary should posses the capacity to transfer knowledge and mentor pairs within their communities.
- Applicants Must Complete a guarantor’s form.
After a successful registrations, an SMS will be sent to all that registered for Interview, then successful ones will be shortlisted.
