BAT Nigeria is actively seeking a Global Graduate for their team in Ibadan. The Global Graduate Programme – Operations is an intensive 12-month fast-track development initiative aimed at nurturing high-potential fresh graduates and young professionals into future leaders within the BAT Operations Team. The program offers a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic and rapidly evolving manufacturing environment, focusing on safety, responsiveness, efficiency, and fostering the creation of an integrated global manufacturing team.
This program provides a unique 12-month, fast-track pathway to a management position for promising fresh graduates and young professionals. Participants will gain hands-on experience in various Operations areas, including manufacturing, planning, logistics, procurement, service, and product innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics with a minimum second-class upper degree
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- No more than 3 years of postgraduate experience
- Demonstrated leadership through extra-curricular activities
- Globally mobile
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Nigerian National ONLY
