As a Customer Care Representative at Ringo Telecommunications Limited, your role is crucial in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Listen to customers’ concerns, issues, and questions
- If needed, refer issues and questions to managers
- Prepare product and customer reports by collecting data gathered during customer interactions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer their questions to the best of your ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and respond calmly to customer complaints
- Recommend suitable products to meet our customers’ needs.

Skills and Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- An additional qualification equivalent to SSCE
- Personable and attentive
- We prefer male candidates for gender balance

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the software used for customer interactions and data collection
- Knowledge of relevant products and markets
