Brigadier General Onyema Nwachukwu, Director of Army Public Relations, issued a statement to emphasize this point. The warning comes in response to a recent incident involving a fake Major General who goes by the name Gwabin Musa. This individual has been orchestrating fraudulent recruitment schemes supposedly on behalf of the Nigerian Army, Navy, and Air Force through platforms like Facebook and other social media outlets.

How is Nigerian Army Recruitment Done?
The statement shows that the Nigerian Army’s recruitment procedures are characterized by transparency, strict regulation, and meticulous coordination. Members of the public are strongly advised to exercise vigilance and caution when encountering online recruitment offers.
