ABOUT NLNG SCHOLARSHIP
Nigeria LNG Limited scholarships programme was founded as a critical component of education intervention programme for our host communities in 1998 and later opened up to the rest of Nigeria in 2003.
A total of 2,833 undergraduates from various universities in Nigeria have benefited from the scholarship scheme and over 600 million naira has been used for this scholarship and more money is available to be spent for this worth course.
The scholarship worth has been increased fromN100, 000 to N300, 000 per awardee per academic year and it runs throughout the duration of the student’s course.
Now that we have introduced the scholarship, let’s move to the juicy part– how do you apply for this scholarship and ensure you are successful. Three Hundred Thousand Naira (300,000) would surely go a long way to help you or wouldn’t it?
This scholarship, NLNG is strictly for all Nigerian’s undergraduates. NLNG 2018 scholarship portal is now open for new application. If you are interested and qualified, waste no more time, hurry and apply for this scholarship.

Eligibility/ Qualification
All interested applicants’ must-
- Have excellent/very good O’level result WASSCE OR NECO in ONE sitting.
- Be top-scorer at the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination
- Be a Full-Time Year-ONE student of any of the Nigerian Universities
- Not be on any other Scholarship Award
- Not be a spouse, child, ward or direct relation of staff of Nigeria LNG Limited
Required documents for the 2018/2019 NLNG Scholarship
All applicants must have the following document scanned ready before starting the NLNG online application
- Passport sized photographs
- WASC or NECO result
- JAMB result
- University admission letter
- University student ID card
- LGA Letter of identification

The main reason that the ID card is required is to proof that you are a student of that university. You can use anything that also signifies that you are a genuine student of the school.

Please, I’ve successfully applied for the scholarship, but few days after I got a recruitment verification e-mail. I thought recruitment is for those who applied for job offer and not scholarship.
