If you are waiting to check your name on the Npower Final Shortlist, it simply means you have successfully done/completed your Npower Physical Verification Exercise which was conducted last year, we are aware that some persons were not able to do theirs due to some issues beyond their control while some claimed not to be aware when the verification started. Whatever was your reason for not getting verified, we are sorry to inform you that the stipulated time for the verification has passed as the list is already being compiled.
Are you of the opinion that Npower already selected their family members to fill up the available vacancies in the Federal Government Assisted Scheme? Remove this idea from your mind because it is totally false, Npower is for all and also for none, in all processes they try as much as possible to be neutral. There is a process that must be followed. There is no point hurrying the process. Recruitment takes time especially the ones which have to do with the whole country.

This program is to enable you have a better future, so learn as much as you can, save as much as you can, so at the end of the 2 years Npower program, you will be able to stand on your feet. Do not see this scheme as a “get free money” program, if not you might not make it far.
