Npower final list release is no longer new news as everyone seem to already be aware of the list as they all try to check for their names on the list. Dial *347*5*88# on your phone line to get the OTP.
Checking the list has 7 basic steps you must follow in order to successfully check for your name on the released list.
Login to npvn.npower.gov.ng/login with your email or phone number
You will then see a message saying “congratulations, you have successfully passed through the physical verification stage, click next to proceed”
YOU WILL BE SENT A ONE-TIME PASSWORD (OTP) VIA TEXT MESSAGE AND EMAIL
INPUT THE OTP you get correctly in the space provided
Proceed to change your password
Upload your profile image
If you were observant you will realize that the part of the One Time Password (OTP) was written in bold block letters, this is to signify the importance of the OTP in your final process. Without this OTP you will not be able to progress to the next step and this could be a real challenge and course of concern to you.
Note- You are expected to dial *347*5*88# on the phone number you used during the registration, failure to use the exact number will result in you not getting your OTP in order to proceed to the final step.

It is normal for you to want to panic, but be rest assured, you are not alone. Majority of the successfully shortlisted persons are experiencing this same problem.
WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THE DELAY IN RECEIVING NPOWER OTP?
This could be as a result of the traffic the site is currently receiving. You must know that you are not the only one trying to access the list. About 300, 000 persons are also trying to get their own OTP. This has in its own way affected the performance of the site.
Another possible reason might be from your network provider.
WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO NPOWER OTP ISSUES?
Well, if there is a problem there ought to be a solution. We suggest you stop trying for now, wait till the less busy hour of a day, usually in the night or early in the morning and dial the *347*5*88# code on your phone.
Ensure that the code is only dialed on the sim card you used during registration. You can also try rebooting your device.
