Npower has released a new update for all Npower Beneficiaries and Prospective Beneficiaries. A new USSD Code has been announced for you to check your recruitment status and also address any issue you are having with your Npower Portal.
The USSD code is to help Npower volunteers access all the information they need.
We have gotten some complaints from various persons who tried to use the Npower USSD Code and we will be addressing the issues in this post.
If you dialled the Npower USSD Code (*45665#) and the response you got is OBS, this is a new service, please do not panic. Ensure that the number you are dialling the code from is your Npower registered phone number and also ensure that the line is fully active.

Npower USSD Code
Some innovations have been introduced into the N Power selection and payment processes such as the creation of the National Social Investment Management Systems (NASIMS), partnership with key MDAs including the NYSC, the UBEC, the NPHCDA, the NOA to mention but a few, with which the Ministry is leveraging to effectively implement its interventions.

To ensure that the challenges of communication are addressed, regarding limitation of information flow and internet access across the country, the Ministry has provided access to information via a USSD code.
The USSD short code *45665# will provide the required connectivity and technical support for the provision of information services to our beneficiaries”.
How to use Npower USSD code
To use the Npower USSD code, simply dial the code as explained below on your mobile phone:
- Dial *45665# and follow the steps displayed on your screen.
