1. Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) – GL. 07

• SSCE Certificate
• Minimum of a Diploma in Community Health from a recognized health Institution.
• Valid Certification/License as a Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) from the Professional body

2. Community Health Officers (CHO)/ Public Health Officers – GL.08

• SSCE Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Community Health/Public Health from a recognized University/Teaching Hospital.
• NYSC discharge Certificate or evidence of exemption.
• Valid certification/License as a Community Health Officer from the professional body.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in community Health.

3.  Dental Technician – GL. 07

• SSCE Certificate
• National Diploma in Dental Technology from a recognized School of Technology.

4. Dental Technologist – GL. 08

• SSCE Certificate
• Higher National Diploma in Dental Technology from a recognized University.
• NYSC discharge Certificate or evidence of exemption.
• Current practicing license.

5. Health Education Officer – GL. 08

• SSCE Certificate
• Candidate must possess a Degree in Health Education from a recognized institution.
• NYSC discharge Certificate or evidence of exemption.
• Must be a member of the National Association of Health Educators.
• Must be computer literate with good understanding of Information and Communication Technology.
• Excellent communication and good interpersonal relations/skills.

6. Junior Community Extension Worker – GL. 04

• SSCE Certificate.
• Certificate in Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW) from School of Health Technology or other Approved Health Institution.
• Valid certificate/license as a Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW) from the professional body.

7. Medical Lab Scientist – GL. 10

• SSCE Certificate
• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized University.
• NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption.
• Must possess qualification registrable and licensed by Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
• Current Practicing License.

8. Medical Lab. Technician – GL. 07

• SSCE Certificate
• Medical Laboratory Technician Certificate from a recognized College of Health Technology.
• Must possess qualification registrable and licensed by Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
• Must have a practicing License.

9. Registrar/Medical Officer

• SSCE Certificate
• M B B S
• NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption.
• Must possess the certificate of full registration with the MDCN.
• Current practicing license by the Medical & Dental Council of Nigeria.

10. Medical Record Officer – GL.08

• SSCE Certificate
• B.Sc in Health Information Management from a recognized institution and Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN).
• NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption.
• Current practicing license

11. Medical Record Technician – GL.07

• SSCE Certificate.
• Health Medical Records Technician Certificate or Professional Diploma in Health Records/Health Information Management.
• Must be registered with Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN).
• Current practicing license

12. Nurses/Midwives – GL. 08/GL.07

• SSCE Certificate
• Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Midwife or any other post basic qualifications.
• Must be duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Current practicing license.

13. Higher Nutrition Officer – GL. 08

• SSCE Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption.
• Valid certification/license as a Nutrition Officer.

14. Pharmacy Technician – GL.07

• SSCE Certificate
• School/College of Health technology Certificate in Pharmacy Technician
• Evidence of registration with PCN (License).

15. Pharmacists – GL.10

• SSCE Certificate
• Candidate must possess Pharm. D/B. Pharm
• Current practicing licensing with PCN.
• NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption.

16. Scientific Officer – Grade II (Medical) GL.08

• SSCE Certificate
• Candidate must possess B.Sc. in Science related courses must possess a good Bachelor’s degree in medical and appropriate Natural Sciences.
• NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption.

17. X-ray Technician/Radiographers – GL.07

• SSCE Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in X-ray Technician from School/College of Health Technology Certificate.
• Certificate of membership of Radiographers or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.

18. X-ray Technologists/Medical Imaging Scientist Grade II – GL. 08

• SSCE Certificate
• Higher National Diploma/B.Sc in Diagnostics Radiography from a recognized institution.
• NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption.
