Orange Group, an innovative consumer goods company headquartered in Nigeria, is actively recruiting dynamic individuals to join our team as Management Trainees in Lagos. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our diverse organization, spanning three key segments: Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care, and Food and Beverage.

As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

• Gaining a thorough understanding of daily processes and goals across various departments such as Marketing and Sales.
• Participating in the company’s strategic planning initiatives.
• Efficiently preparing documents and updating records.
• Learning conflict resolution strategies and attending disciplinary hearings.
• Traveling to different offices and actively participating in daily operations as needed.
• Completing assigned tasks and providing assistance with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Acquiring knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and collaborating with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Meeting requirements and achieving goals set at the beginning of the traineeship.
• Adhering to all company regulations, health, and safety codes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Excellent math and computational ability.
• Effective communication skills.
