Qualifications and Experience Required
PROFESSOR:
- Ph.D. from a recognized institution in the relevant area of specialization.
- At least twelve (12) years of teaching and research experience in a university system.
- Proven supervisory and administrative capabilities.
- Scholarly publications in reputable journals.
READER/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:
- Ph.D. from a recognized institution in the relevant area of specialization.
- Ten (10) years of teaching and research experience in a university system.
- Proven supervisory and administrative capabilities.
- Scholarly publications in reputable journals.
SENIOR LECTURER:
- Ph.D. from a recognized institution in the relevant area of specialization.
- Seven (7) years of teaching and research experience in a university system.
- Proven supervisory and administrative capabilities.
- Scholarly publications in reputable journals.
LECTURER I:
- Master’s Degree from a recognized institution in the relevant area of specialization.
- Five (5) years of teaching and research experience.
- Ability to carry out research in the area of specialization.
LECTURER II:
- Master’s Degree in relevant area with at least two (2) years of teaching/research experience.
ASSISTANT LECTURER:
- Master’s Degree in relevant area with at least one (1) year of teaching/research experience.
