It is a widely known fact that Npower has mandated all 2017 beneficiaries to login to their NPVN Portal to upload their ID Card and also deployment letter. In case you are not aware you are therefore encouraged to do so before the deadline scheduled for 10th of August, 2018.

We are quite aware of the challenges faced by many Beneficiaries at the stage of uploading their deployment letter to their NPVN portal. If you are having that same issue do not panic, you are not the only one experiencing it.

Npower are fully informed and are working to resolve the issue. However, you are advised to try the uploading at night or in the early morning. Also convert your scanned Deployment Letter to jpeg format.

If you still can’t upload it, keep trying to do so. The proposed deadline as stated earlier is on the 10th of this month.

Please ensure you adhere strictly to all instructions provided so as not to encounter any issues with monthly payments

For those who don’t know how to get the letter, you can get the letter from your LGA Secretariat

Please take note of the steps
1. Login to your NPVN PORTAL

2. Go to your LGA office to collect your deployment letter
3. Take the print out to your PPA and stamp it
4. Login to your NPVN PORTAL and upload your STAMPED posting letter.

First payment would be made 31st of August, 2018.
