Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts.
We expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technology and social media trends, where you will utilize viral and interactive content to create engaging experiences for our target and prospective audiences.
You should have excellent communication and influencing skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence during high levels of traffic and customer engagement.
This role will be assigned to our Mobile Internet division.

Job Description

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure
Brand consistency
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original test, photos, videos and news)
Oversee social media account designs (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of a B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven managerial experience in Social Media role, with hands-on experience in content management.
Knowledge of digital marketing basics is required
Proven Blogging experience desired.

Candidate Requirements and Attributes:

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Excellent copy writing skills, with a solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Familiarity with web design and knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills.
Ability to monitor, analyze, review and report outcomes of social media campaigns
Strong creative writing skills and ability to edit content required.

Job Title: VAS Operations Specialist

Location: Lagos
Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Manager to work with our Mobile Technology division
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the product life-cycle, including payment operations, authorization, clearing, data analysis, copywriting, pricing, relationship management, and funds reconciliation.

Job Description

Understand the market and industry information of payment products, being responsible for research on payment tools and methods, processes, development plans for payment platform products, business application solutions, and R&D applications to develop implementation routes.
Responsible for the demand analysis, business architecture design, prototype design, etc. of the company’s third-party payment products.
Promote project progress, assist design, development, and test teams to complete product development tasks and ensure the progress and quality of the product implementation phase.
Develop product operation processes and risk control strategies, monitor and analyze operational data, continuously improve products, and improve user experience.
Plan the business strategy, develop the relationship and launch GNC service with ISP.
Reach target including revenue/GP and other financial targets.
Collect, evaluate and report the opponents’ information.
Managing licenses, and relationships with merchant banks, payment processors, and gateway providers.

Candidate Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with payment operations and strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with business analysis and business intelligence is desired.
Experience with Value Added Services (VAS), payment processors, vendor management gateway partners, regulations, licensing and compliance etc. is desired

Job Title: Accounts Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor would be responsible for supervising various accounting functions and would be responsible for overseeing the collection and analysis of financial information including general ledger, and also managing the SAP first line support.

Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise staff engaged in various financial activities of the organization and resolve financial system issues.
Reconcile general ledger accounts, subsidiary ledgers, and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
Perform cost analysis and recommend process improvements for cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Provides technical guidance and expertise to subordinates and client management and/or technical staff in the day-to-day management of accounting activities.
Implement best practice SAP support and change control processes.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
Relevant professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA is an added advantage.
Experience working with a reputable or multinational company preferred.
Must be no more than 33 years by December 2019.
Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in an Accounting or Financial supervisory role.
Strong working knowledge of SAP or any accounting ERP System.

Competences and Attributes

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced, and growth environment.
Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Proven ability to manage a team or group of people effectively.
