NEXIT PORTAL LATEST UPDATE 2021– This is to notify all our readers on the correct steps to take when contacting NSIP Support Team. We will be showing you how to change your email and resolving other issues you may encounter on the Nexit portal.

If you are an N-Power Volunteers who is yet to complete your NEXIT portal registration, please follow the instructions below carefully:

How to Change Email Address on Npower NEXIT Portal

This is for exited batch A and Batch B N-Power Volunteers who can not access their emails or have other issue with their email address.

You are to send the following details:

  1. First name and last name as written on your NPVN portal.
  2. Phone number.
  3. State.
  4. LGA.

Then, state the reason you want to change from the present Email address as written on your NPVN portal to the new Email address you want them to change it to.

Send your message to the two emails: volunteersupport@npvn.ng and update@n-sip.gov.ng

How to activate or deactivate your NEXIT Portal Account

If you have received a verification message but it keeps telling you that you have made maximum attempts to login please contact support to deactivate your account, follow the guide below.
This involve N-Power Volunteers who have made maximum attempt to Login to NEXIT portal due to invalid Username or password after email validation, send the following details:

  1. First name and last name as written on your NPVN portal.
  2. Phone number.
  3. State.
  4. LGA.
  5. Email address used.

Explain what happened after you validated your email, then ask for deactivation of your account so that you can have access to register again.

Send your message to the two emails below: update@n-sip.gov.ng and support@n-sip.gov.ng

Email Registered on NEXIT Portal But No Activation Email or Validation Link

Click on the direct link below, enter your email address and click submit. Wait for some minutes and check your inbox or spam message for verification link.

How to select LGA on NEXIT Portal (LGA not showing)

If you are having this issue ensure that you are using an updated Chrome or Firefox browser and a good network. Then change your state to another state, select any LGA, when it enters, go back and change the state back to your State and select your LGA.
