JAMB CUT-OFF MARK 2019– POST UTME 2019 UPDATE– The “admission policy meeting”, which is organized by JAMB, under the strict supervision of the Ministry of Education, which would also involve the full participation of all educational stakeholders is scheduled to take place on the 26th of June, 2019.
In line with this it is expected that the final JAMB official Cut-Off Mark for the 2019/2020 academic session will be decided that day.
The meeting would focus on 2019 guideline, and the discussion will be centred on the 2018 admission cut-off marks for the institutions and how the schools will conduct their post utme and screening exercise 2018.
The head of Media for JAMB (Mr. Fabian Benjamin) has passed a warning to all institutions that advertised admission into their schools before this meeting. He claimed that such schools have breached the constitutional guidelines for admissions and such institutions would be sanctioned.
Mr. Fabian Benjamin also advised other institutions already planning to advertise admission before this policy meeting, to suspend such actions. He pointed out that the policy meeting is going to be held early enough so as to allow plenty of time for schools to conclude the 2018/2019 Admissions on time.
