We have been receiving a lot of messages from our readers concerning their issues with JAMB. Many can not access their JAMB original result because they mistakenly used the same email they used last year 2018 to register for their 2019 JAMB. The email address of all candidates are tied to their JAMB profile and as such it is not possible to have 2 profiles with the same email. The right thing to do was for you to create a different email and use it while registering for the 2019 JAMB examination.
Well, there is no need crying over spilled milk. The reason for this is for you to know that you are not alone and we aim to provide you with a solution to the issues.
Please note that the usefulness of the email tied to your JAMB profile can not be overemphasized because you need access to the profile through out the years you remain a student.
The portal would be used to Accept or Reject your Admission on JAMB CAPS, Print out your Original JAMB Result, JAMB Admission Letter among other things.
So you see that you need access to the portal, when you gain admission you will be expected to login to the portal to accept your admission, failure to do this might result in you loosing the admission.
SOLUTIONS TO JAMB EMAIL LOGIN ISSUES
After all that has been said above, what is the right steps to take.
Well if you are faced with such issues, go to any approved CBT centers close to you and create a new JAMB profile with a new email. This portal would be used for all JAMB related issues. Please ensure that you do this at an approved center so as not to fall prey to scammers.
As soon as this has been successfully done and a new profile created, you can go ahead and Print out your original JAMB result 2019/2020.
