Carefully go through this update as it would help you in solving the problem you are facing.
There are a lot of reasons why one might forget his or her JAMB Portal login details, we do not want to know your reason and we don’t judge you for loosing the password and all. We are only concerned on helping you recover the details, so you can duly log in to your JAMB portal and do all you are expected to do there.
Before we continue, we will like to inform you on the importance of being able to login to your portal. In the year 2017 the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) came up with a policy which made it compulsory for all candidates of the JAMB UTME to create a portal (JAMB CAPS PORTAL), this portal would enable them to accept or reject admission given to them.
For your admission to be valid, you must first login to your portal and accept it. If you also want to get your original documents such as Original JAMB Admission Letter and Original JAMB Result, you must be able to login to your portal.
HOW TO RECOVER LOST DETAILS
If you have forgotten your email used, you can get the email by looking at any of the printouts you were given after your application for the JAMB UTME exam.
If you have also forgotten password u can click on recover password, and your password reset details would be sent to the mail you used during registration. Please note that only the email you used during the registration can be used to recover your forgotten password.
Some persons are not able to login to their portal or even recover their password because their email service provider no longer works. If you have an email with naij.com (i.e abcdefg@naij.com), be informed that such mails are no longer working, you will therefore have issues trying to recover your password.
We will notify you soon on what to do if your email is no longer active or no longer exists.

Check any of your jamb printouts that contains the email you used to register to confirm its the same with what you are trying to use.
