The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the date for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). JAMB, the body responsible for the examination for entry into higher institutions in Nigeria, stated that the main UTME exam will take place from April 19 to April 29, 2024.

This information was conveyed in a statement issued by their spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, on Wednesday. The statement also revealed that registration for the 2024 UTME will commence from January 15, 2024, to February 16, 2024. Additionally, the Mock exam for 2024 is scheduled for March 7, 2023.

According to JAMB, the sale of UTME application form will begin from January 15 to February 26, 2024. The board expects candidates to start printing their examination slips from April 10, 2024.

While JAMB has not disclosed the cost of the UTME application, they have provided essential dates for candidates to be aware of in preparation for the upcoming examination. JAMB is the examining body for individuals seeking admission to Nigerian public and private monotechnics, polytechnics, and colleges of education.
