About Nahco Aviance
The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (nahco aviance), is a major player in the ground handling service sector of the nation’s air transport industry, with presence in all the major Nigerian airports.
Founded in December 1979, as Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Limited by the Federal Government, through the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Air France, British Airways, Sabena and Lufthansa, it has however become a publicly quoted company through privatization, and thus renamed NAHCO Plc.
NAHCO Plc has since grown into a multi-billion Naira company with diversified investments in energy, logistic and development of a Free Trade Zone Company and currently has three institutional investors holding more than 5% of the total share of the company as of February 2022.

Qualifications and Experience (Supervisor):
- BSc./HND or equivalent in relevant fields (Preferably in Tourism/Business Administration or any quantitative subject) would be considered a plus.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership qualities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving approach driven by results.
- Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
- High level of GDS (Amadeus) knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong team player with high motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities (Supervisor):
- Foster excellence by leading the team and overseeing daily departmental operations.
- Inspire and organize the team to work towards shared goals, while building a culture of trust and empowerment for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Establish clear, communicated targets and employ data to monitor and assess team performance.
- Develop, implement, or enhance business policies and processes to enhance services.
- Proactively manage risks and address employee concerns.
- Align priorities and goals with the organization’s objectives.

Qualifications and Experience (Officer):
- ND/NCE or equivalent in relevant fields (Preferably in Tourism/Business Administration or any quantitative subject) would be considered a plus.
- Experience in Data Entry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the industry.
- Good marketing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities (Officer):
- Proficiency in making accurate bookings for customers.
- Ability to calculate, write, and sell tickets to passengers.
- Assist passengers in planning their trips.
- Aid in making and confirming reservations.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle ticket re-bookings and other related arrangements.
