What is Npower Transition Psychometric Test?
The Npower Transition Psychometric test is to assess Batch A & Batch B employ-ability skills before transiting into the government entrepreneurship scheme and other private jobs.
The Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs as part of the ministry exit plan for the Npower Batch A and B volunteers, has released a detailed plan to cater for all past beneficiaries.
Different types of Npower Psychometric Test
There are different type of Psychometric test, which Npower will likely use, the most common ones are:
- Personality test
- Situation judgement test
- Verbal Reasoning test
- Numerical reasoning test
- Reading comprehension test, etc
We strongly advice the volunteers to work on themselves before going for the psychometric test.

A compulsory completion of psychometric assessment will be done to determine competency and placement into various opportunities
Only successful volunteers who passed the Npower Psychometric Assessment Test 2020 will get the opportunity to be absorbed into different sectors of the economy listed below;

- Retail (e-commerce)
- Real Estate
