How to Register NIMC National Identification Number For JAMB 2020
JAMB has made it possible for all candidates to register for NIN at any JAMB Approved CBT nationwide, you can also register with licensed NIMC Agents.
Please Note- It is not mandatory to register for your NIN in JAMB centres. To avoid wasting your time, you may want to register for your NIN in a less crowded environment.
See the guide below to obtain your NIN for 2020 Jamb Registration-
- Go to the nearest NIMC Enrolment Centre
- Fill the enrollment form given to you properly.
- Applicant’s forms will be vetted by a NIMC Official to crosscheck the information filled on the form against the supporting document provided and to check for errors/mistake filled on the form.
- Your pre-filled information will be inputted on the NIMC Software by a NIMC enrolment officer or the Barcode slip will be scanned by the NIMC enrolment officer to populate all the required field.
- You are expected to check your information for errors using the applicant monitor.
- If you are satisfied with your demographic information, your biometrics will be captured (ten finger prints and facial image).
- A National Identification Number (NIN) Slip is issued to you after processing.
Easy Steps on How To find JAMB NIN?
As stated above, you will be given a slip after successful registration, the slip will contain your National Identification Number. You can also check your NIN by dialing *346# on your mobile phone using the exact phone number you used during registration. The service costs just N20.

If you have any of the following documents, then you are good to go. If you don’t any any, then it is easy for you to get Birth certificate or local government of origin. You can do that within two days.
