Nigerian Army DSSC Course 28/2024 Selection Board Interview: Check List and Guidelines
The Nigerian Army (NA) wishes to inform the general public that the under-listed successful candidates for Direct Short Service Commission Course 28/2024 Selection Board are to report at Headquarters 2 Division Nigerian Army, Ibadan, Oyo State on 11 March 2024.

- Date: 11th March 2024
- Time: Between 8 am – 11 am
Nigerian Army DSSC Course 28/2024 Selection Board Interview
Candidates are required to report to the Selection Board venue on 11th March 2024 with the following items:
- Writing materials (including ruler and eraser).
- Three (3) pairs of plain white short sleeve vests.
- Three (3) pairs of navy blue shorts.
- Canvas shoes/trainers and white socks.
- Toiletries.
- A set of cutlery, including plates and drinking cups.
- Bedding (blankets, bedspreads, and pillowcases, etc.).
- Four (4) copies of full-size colored photographs at a standing position in a suit.
Documents Required
Candidates must produce original and duplicate copies of the following documents in a file jacket:
- All academic/professional certificates with testimonials.
- NYSC discharge or valid Exemption Certificate.
- Certificate of ordination (Chaplain – Protestant/Roman Catholic).
- Certificate of Call to Bar (Directorate of Legal Services).
- Valid birth certificate or valid age declaration.
- Valid certificate of state of origin.
- Military Identity Card (for military personnel).
- Letter of recommendation by Commanding Officers/Commanders (for military personnel).
- Letter of sponsorship in a tertiary academic institution (for military personnel).
- Printed Bank Verification Number (BVN) certificate authenticated by a bank and NIN enrollment slip.
- Completed copies of printouts from the DSSC portal, including referee forms.

Important Information:
- Candidates will be fed and accommodated during the Selection Board.
- Transportation to and from the Selection Board is the responsibility of the candidates.
- Use of personal/private vehicles is strictly prohibited during the Selection Board.
- Visitors will not be allowed during the exercise.
Selection Screening Exercise Details:
- Candidates are expected to undergo physical, medical, and academic tests, along with an oral interview.
- Any alteration on documents will render them invalid.
