- Wash the cucumber thoroughly

- Put the sliced cucumber in a glass or bottle. The quantity you want is your choice.
- Add ice to the water to prevent the cucumbers from floating, this would ensure that the nutrients are released into the water.
- Allow the cucumber and water to sit for at least 10-15 minutes before drinking.
- You can re-use the same cucumbers with additional water; throw away the cucumbers after 24 hours.
